Resumen
Floriculture in Ecuador is important in the world market due to its high variety of flowers and the income it generates; The present study was carried out in the FLORESUR floriculture, with species of Delphinium sp., where the effect of Trichoderma on the Fusarium fungus in the varieties Sea Waltz, Triton Dark Blue, Lavender and Galahad was analyzed; plant mortality and incidence of Fusarium sp. disease were analyzed, the productivity evaluated by the variables of height, number of stems and caliber, flower quality evaluated by the variables harvested length and length of inflorescence and costs per product application in two productive cycles; As a result, the effect of Trichoderma at 0.5 gr / l and 1gr / l in the control of Fusarium sp. in the second productive cycle, although the chemical treatment (Methyl Thiophanate and Larrea tridentata) was significant in the first cycle. The cost analysis per application (product) showed that the T1 treatment (Trichoderma 1.5gr / l) has a value of USD 2.3 / m², while the chemical treatment (Methyl Thiophanate and Larrea tridentata) USD 0.3 / m² this by productive cycle, however, the use of Trichoderma can act with different mechanisms such as: resistance to diseases, root development, greater availability of nutrients and other mechanisms of action that contribute to the health of the soil as opposed to chemical treatment than with the use excessive causes pollution to the environment and the human being.
