Aim: To compare the filtration degree of RelyX U200 (3M) and Multilink N (Ivoclar Vivadent) in bovine teeth by stereomicroscope technique.
Materials and Methods: Twenty Zirconium dioxide structures (Vipi Block Zirconn) were elaborated by Cerec Sirona Cad-Cam (Computer Aided Design - Computer Aided Manufacturing) which were subsequently cemented, they were randomly divided into two groups (20 with Multilink cement and 20 with Relyx U200 cement), the same that were sectioned to be observed by stereomicroscope, then measured the microfiltration that presented the structures in mm2 using the AutoCad computational program.
Results: Comparison between the Multilink cement (0,192 mm2) and U200 (0,225 mm2), shows that there is no statistically significant difference.
Conclusion: Cements with phosphate monomers in their composition are suitable for cementation of structures based on zirconium dioxide
