Resumen
The study of the spectro-radiometry focuses on the interactions of light with matter, measuring amounts of energy when interacting with land cover, within the area that concerns us is the nature and especially the plants, we pretend to aid with a equipment known as spectro-radiometer, which allows measurements to help understand correctly the behavior and condition of the plants.
However, emerge need for an operations manual to discover the necessary steps that should be carried out to capture spectral signatures in the field, in addition to discovering the capabilities and potential of the equipment with which you intend to work.
Therefore this research describes all the components and factors involved to capture spectral signatures in field with spectro-radiometer StellarNet model, model "BLK-BLACK-Comet-SR 200-1080" and "DWARF-Star NIR Spectrometer Miniature 1000-1700 ".
Recent literature was analyzed and contacted related entities with which he shared experiences that gave guidelines to bring the operations manual for the spectro-radiometer.
As a result it was possible to understand and describe the parts of equipment, the importance of proper installation of hardware and software, and also the needs of post processing the information collected in the field, storage and administration of it (metadata).
Finally we was able to get to got to have a method to define and sample areas, which was tested on two experimental farms in the province of Los Ríos, getting lift spectral information in the field.
