dc.description.abstractThe present degree work was intended to study how social relations are built between two different cultures through an anthropological study. The methodological process applied techniques was a compilation of different ones that allowed the conceptualization of the term interculturality. This point will establish different variables that allow validate the adaptation processes that a foreigner goes through when establishing in a different place. Integrative observations were made that allowed us to know the philanthropy of the culture under study. Finally, interviews were carried out, and current conversations were held with the study subjects to gain a perspective on how to vary their way of integrating in the community of Cuenca with new challenges that the health emergency imposes. The results obtained that the term interculturality, after having a whole macrohistory, creates an anchor with traditionalism, which although it opens the way to interpersonal communication, has its limits set to create a balanced adaptation.
