dc.description.abstractIn the Cuenca city, you can find several companies that provide tourist ground transportation services, however, the only companies that provide the service of panoramic tour buses are Cotratudossa and VanService International, which work together in the economic aspect, and independently in terms of human resources, giving rise to several disadvantages in the provision of the service. This intervention project is intended to analyze the current situation of the company, to identify the weaknesses presented by the different operation areas that are perceived by user. The strategies presented in this project will guide, once the company is legally consolidated as Tour Operator Cuenca Sightseeing Tours, to improve the quality of the service.
