| dc.description.abstract | The food in the city of Cuenca has varied in the last fifteen years due to the rhythm of life of the inhabitants, the labor and routine activities and also the implementation of fast food places within the city that has led to a gradual increase of premises fast food, causing you to stop eating at home and motivating the youth to create bad eating habits.
Due to these bad habits, the index of several diseases like: hypertension, obesity, anemia, diabetes, cancer, among others, has been increased leaving important sequelae in the quality of life of the inhabitants. Our project starts from this premise to implement an innovative system of delivery of nutritious menus focused on those people who due to lack of time do not carry a good diet.
For the creation of this system we will identify the food requirements of our target audience by proposing a healthy dietary alternatives according to their work activities; In addition, the market must be diagnosed and an action plan for the creation of a nutritional proposal must be established, correctly establishing the administrative and financial criteria to make the proposal feasible and thus reach as many customers as possible. In the work of intervention and business plan will develop a methodology both qualitative and quantitative, each under a different technique either through interviews or focus groups as well as market segmentation studies and data processing using technical data sheets. | |
