The role of public relations is the art of knowing how to communicate, so it is necessary to have knowledge about the organization of events. Although at present the work of a public relations has to do a lot with the media, the community, consumers and government relations, are also trained to carry out political campaigns, image consulting, which are handled by communication strategies to maintain relationships with both internal and external audiences.
The public relations must have the following characteristics, such as organizational capacity as it is the person who will take care of a large number of projects and events at a time, keep your mind awake and do their job so much responsibility, having personal integrity is a prerequisite for a helper of an organization must have a strong personality and leadership skills will voice as mediator between the company and its various audiences, strategic thinking, creativity and above all the ability to distinguish communicative to those professionals.
