dc.description.abstract | The present work shows the design of a system based on competencies for the recruitment, selection, recruitment and induction of personnel for Moda Color Ambato; Is based on bibliographical sources of authors recognized in the area, internal information of the company, field work and analysis. A Human Talent Management Model requires the effective development of personnel management techniques, as they are strategic tools indispensable for the achievement of organizational objectives. Organizations are looking for the right people to produce and market goods and services and to enter increasingly competitive markets; It is considered strategic to clearly determine the processes that are applied to incorporate its personnel, it also highlights the importance of using modern skills-based methods to identify the skills, knowledge and skills required for a given position. Finally, this work seeks to become a basic document of orientation and consultation of the process of recruitment selection, hiring and induction of personnel for the company Fashion Color Ambato. | |
