Resumen
This research deals with the elaboration of an export manual for jam of tuna at the Vita Tuna Company towards Hamburg city, looking for a generating tool of information on the approach, designs and procedures to export, for the farmers with sights to expand its market share. Thus, trying to give a solution to problems detected by means of the application of surveys and interviews which have been done to the associates, helping them to fulfill their main objective which is to maximize their profits. When we talk about the city of Hamburg, we also talk about the benefits of entering to a mature market, where the inhabitants have great purchasing power and their tendency to consume organic products which is constantly growing, as well as being part of the European Union; so, the products of Ecuadorian origin will enjoy certain type of advantages thanks to the agreement signed recently and therefore in comparison with similar products exported from other countries which will have a significant competitive advantage. The document itself describes in a theoretical manner the processes and the requirements of each of them to be followed during the entire exploitation process as well as a market study and a financial analysis of the company that will help the producers to determine at what point in the process of are exported. Therefore, it is recommended to implement and take into account if the company should make some kind of adaptations so that it can meet the objective of reaching a new market.
