Resumen
The current research focuses on assessing the effect of three residue concentrations on the sweetened Andean lupine known as chocho over Alternaria spp and Brevicoryne Brassicae, L. (Aphid) in the broccoli culture (Brassica oleracea, L.) Stored in the Biological Sciences department laboratory at the Natural Resources Faculty of the ESPOCH university. A randomized complete desing was used with five treatments, two effective control witnesses and three replications of the process. The treatment corresponded to the sweetened lupine residue at (25%, 50%, 75%). The micelial inhibition and growth rate percentage was evaluated in a synthetic culture medium with a particle dynamic analyzer (PDA + concentrations) a seriousness percentage of Alternaria spp on broccoli plant tissue culture and the repellency percentage as to mortality rate of (Brevicoryne Brassicae, L.) According to the results obtained, we have determined that the best treatment in the synthetic culture medium was T5 procedure ( concentrated residue on the sweetened lupine at 75 % ) , in which it was gathered a 25 . 45 percentage of mycelia inhibition and a considerable drop in the growth rate of 4,78 mm per day, on Broccoli plant tissue analysis was discovered that T5 treatment gave a better result with a paramount decrease of 6,85 % on the degree of severity , based on the effects assessed on aphids the best possible treatment was T4 procedure ( concentrated residue on the sweetened lupine at 75 % ) , where a considerable decline in the plants lice population was reached at a 25,93 % by repellency action and 32,5 % on mortality effects by intake , reaching a total of 58,43 % drop in the Aphids population during the broccoli culture handling.
