Resumen
The present degree work is a "feasibility project for the import and commercialization of equipment and medical supplies for the Loor Molina Company of the city of Guayaquil, 2018", its objective is to determine the viability of importing medical equipment and supplies, considering that currently the company purchases products from distributors and importers, which increase the price of the products. The research design is mixed, qualitative when analyzing market preferences in relation to tastes as well as preferences and quantitative when considering financially how imports of medical supplies will affect the company's financial statements is its profits and cash flow, were made Surveys identifying that there are 4 specific products required by the clinics and hospitals in the city of Guayaquil and are syringes, masks, cotton and surgical gloves, and in terms of medical equipment are tensiometers, thermometers and venoclysis equipment, a study of market identified the suppliers of the products, a technical study that showed the feasibility of importation, an administrative study in which the mission, vision and organizational structure were designed and finally a financial study in which is determined to them tions will benefit with quarterly $ 41,444.44. Both profitability indicators consider only sales and profits, leaving aside the operating costs in order to have a clear idea of the contribution of the products, as the utility after importing is 97.97%, compared to 94 , 45% without taking into account the imported activity, so that the company's profitability increases 3.73% quarterly. So it can be concluded that the project is viable and its application is recommended.
