Plan estratégico para la granja avícola “El Edén” ubicada en Matilde Esther, provincia del Guayas, que permita mejorar su productividad

Abstract

This research project was aimed at the design of a Strategic Plan for the poultry farm "El Edén" located in Matilde Esther, Guayas province, this administrative management model aims to observe the conditions of the internal and external environment of the farm, the same ones that manage to improve their productivity and achieve the fulfillment of the proposed objectives through appropriate strategies. For the development of this work, the information collected through an interview with the Owner Manager, surveys of administrative and operational personnel, as well as the preparation of the SWOT matrix and the PESTEL matrix, was taken as a study base, which will receive a diagnosis of the current status of the farm. The findings were the following: lack of function manuals, procedure manuals, lack of training for employees, lack of strategic planning, and outdated organizational philosophy. As final results, the situational diagnosis to establish a strategic direction in which the mission, vision, strategic objectives were developed that will allow having a better administrative management, that is why it is recommended to socialize, implement and control the fulfillment of the strategic plan that has been carried out for the poultry farm "El Edén" and thus improve its productivity through an adequate and optimal allocation of business resources.
