dc.description.abstractThe present work was carried out with the objective of developing a maintenance plan for laboratories of; Fluid mechanics, material resistance, metrology, automatic control and instrumentation, turbo machinery, CAD CAM workshop, ESPOCH Students Association, using the maintenance function Focused on Abbreviated Reliability. In the first instance, the maintenance management is evaluated, the evaluation tool is used, the management of the production management is developed, the level of maintenance management and the maintenance service management in the institution and the laboratories and career workshops, determining that the laboratories achieved an efficient performance. In second instance, the maintenance methodology was applied. Focused on the reliability of 103 civil equipment 72 laboratory and workshop equipment, 100% of the civil equipment and a critique of rescindible type, and those corresponding to a basic maintenance model. 39% of laboratory equipment and workshops have an important type of criticism and 15% criticism of critical type and corresponds to basic, conditional and systematic maintenance model respectively. The strategies indicated above will be used for the development of the maintenance plan. Finally, the personal capacity of the laboratories and workshops in the use of the computer tool was included. SisMac included the department in charge of the maintenance in the institution with a personalized pedagogical methodology. In total, five people in charge of maintenance in the laboratories and civil infrastructure of the career are trained, planning a content and schedule to comply with the personal training in the use and handling of the information.
