Resumen
“Feasibility study for the creation of a dairy processing company in Amanta- Bayopungo parish, community Ingapirca, Cañar Province, 2014-2015.”. The problem of the inhabitants of the community is related to the production and marketing of milk, because the price received by producers is not appropriate. According to research it aims to focus a quality-quantitative research using the inductive-deductive method. With the application of a structured survey, information producers and consumers is collected, in which the demand, supply and unsatisfied demand on two products is determined: fresh cheese and yogurt. Made financial economic assessment that an investment of $ 215,518.8; projected five-year results in a net present value of $ 134,732.8 is obtained at a discount rate of 23%; in other aspect internal rate of return that gave a value of 44.88% reinforces the project; Benefit cost ratio of $ 1.16; recovering investment 4.3 years. Made the technical, administrative and financial analysis demonstrates the feasibility of the proposal and profitability that could get people in the sector. The implementation of the proposal is recommended as an alternative economic social development for the community inhabitants.
