Resumen
The present research project human talent management system to the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Credito Pacifico Ltda. of the Riobamba Town, Chimborazo Province has as aimed bestow of processes, guides, and standards to the institution. The methodology used based on a management interview and surveys to all employees and partners of the financial institution, let to know the actual situation of it. It determined the need for technical strategies that contribute to improving the service support to the partners and customers of the institution, besides, the process that helps a good recruitment of staff they are not subjected to the laws regulated by Superintendencia de Economia Popular y Solidaria. The proposal presents a human talent management system accompanied all process recruitment, selection, induction, training, performance assessment, labor benefits, health, and safety, which will be a fundamental guide as it will allow the selection and contracting appropriate persons giving as results a good job performance into the institution. t recommends that the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Credito Pacifico Ltda. implement the present project in order to have collaborators with specific capabilities to perform properly their jobs at the same time keep a good working environment, getting better profits and profitability to the Cooperative.
