Resumen
On This research work, an implement was built and designed to weed the soil in order to facilitate the daily famer’s activities and get rid of the undergrowth found in the crops. The first step was the revision of specifications and technical details that the implement has to have to work accurately. After designing the implement, it was modeled by using specialized CAD software, then the material used, in this case was ASTM A36 steel. Once all the components were fit, the simulation was done by means of ANSYS software and the application of finite elements in order to test if the implement will resista ll the press and cargo used in the simulation. After overcoming the suitable performance of the implement at daily work. This investigation proves that the adequeate use of an agricultural element as it is the implement to weed the soil helps to control the undesired undergrowth and sabe time when weeding. Finally, with the right design and technical control of an implement to weed, the final work is guaranteed and also it reduces time and lowers the expenses.
