Resumen
The main objective of this research work was realized the study of the environmental impact in the Crushing Plant of Stone Material of Morona Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government (G.A.D), located in “La Alborada” neighborhood, Macas parish, which he sought to promote necessary measures to predict, identify, value, control the especially negative impacts, that are generated in the operating processes. I t was realized observation and field visits with photography registers, interviews to the administrative and working staff; it was obtain bibliographic information from sources like: internet, Cantonal Development Plan and Territorial Order of Morona 2012-2020, Meteorologist Station MACAS-MAEC, research projects of similar indole. It was used ArcMap 10.4.1., for the elaboration of thematic maps and cartography. For the identification of environmental impacts, it was elaborated check lists about the activities during the working. For the valorization of impacts it was used the Conesa Fernandez (1997) Methodology, where impacts are rated according to: characteristic, intensity, extension, duration, reversibility, risk, magnitude, importance and severity. Determined the impacts it was applied the analytic-descriptive method for the design and proposal of the Environmental Management Plan. The results that was obtained were: Mild: 74.65% for activities, preliminary work, opening of roads, excavations in quarries, transfer of stones, unloading in hopper crusher, fractionation process, storage, transfer, transportation, leveling, and restoration. Moderates: 8.33% for excavations in quarries, unloading, crusher process, cut and grubbing. Benefits: 9.03%, corresponding to the analysis and evaluation of the impacts generating in the four stages of extraction, crusher, distribution, close and neglect, it was determined the inexistence of several impacts. It was recommended to the Directorate of Public Works Management, establish compliance with all regulations stablish in the Environmental Management Plan proposed, in an order way and consecutive so its application will be efficient.
