Abstract

Creation of a Maize Restaurant in San Miguel Canton, Bolívar Province. Is a way of job and getting money for shareholders and collaborators as a development symbol for the Canton. The problem is the lack of Restaurant in the Canton; Restaurant of high quality, modern and comfortable. The market study presents an unsatisfied demand in 84% of acceptability for implementing the enterprise, in front of 15% of negativity. We have a $ 31.549,72 of capital; the recovering of the initial investment is based in the flows that generate each period in its life, having as a result an average of 1,54 years. The financial evaluation establishes a VAN of $ 235.942,31 projecting a yield more than zero. We consider feasible because of the internal rate is 37,82%, which is superior tan the minimal acceptable of 16% the calculation of VAN was getting added the flows and dividing the investing, the result 8,48 that express the yield in terms of net value, guarantee its viability, explaining that for each single dollar $1,36 is generated. The project study present more sensibility to the increase of salaries, but it maintains an acceptable VAN and TIR, it says that with the alterations in these variables make us sure that the project continues being variable.
