Resumen
The teaching-learning assessment process was carried out by using Virtual Environments in students from seventh year of basic education at “Liceo Iberoamericano” International Educational Unit. In the implementation of this research, the Moodle virtual environment was applied for the summative assessment phase as an office support in the four basic subjects such as: Mathematics, Language and Communication, Natural Sciences and Social Sciences; getting students to give their evaluations in an active and dynamic way. The study was developed from September 2014 to February 2015 academic period, this allow to show the level of impact of the virtual environment as well as the changes in the conception of the students-users, teachers in the learning assessment process, trusting that these models are more flexible and friendly in the educational system and thus achieving the interrelation between teacher and student. Prior to the application of the virtual environments, 75% of teachers surveyed that corresponds to 3, state that the evaluations have served to improve the level of performance of their subject while the remaining 25% state that evaluations have not served them. After the application of virtual environments, 100% of teachers surveyed that correspond to 4 affirm that it has been of great support for the evaluations which has improved the level of student performance in their subject significantly. With the ideology that the evaluation must be transformative and achieving the acceptance of virtual environments through better integration, confidence and safety in the students at the time of evaluation, thus procuring a caring, quality education in the field of basic general education, it is recommended the use of pedagogical training programs in the educational institutions of the Ministry of Education in the development of didactic materials to be employed in the different Learning-Teaching Virtual Environments
