Resumen
The main objective was to develop a multiplatform web application to pudblicixe xociali e to apply it in the Municipality of Morona Canton. A survey about the noods of ts/cumen and merchants who work as registered tourism servers in the municipality was carrid o order to identify or validate a problem to be solvod. The analysis of the survey's resalas was applied in the planning of the Mape project, carried out under the agile development methsodeliog Scrum; however, the software requirements specification document (SRS) ws sed for the imitel planning. The architecture of the project is based on the Vista Template Model (VTM of Dng for the application programming, technologies of free software of last gemeration as the front-end framework MaterializeCSS for design in HTMLS and CSS3, Py programming langunge w believe that tourism would improve with have been ase as used . The services of Mapbo.comweb service have also been implemented as well as for authentication with Facebook, in adsition o management module included in Django. Besides, the benefits of using the Dijango framewor and the use of the Python language have been demonstrated; this work environment nepresents great contribution to object-oriented programming It is recommended the use of te SRS document for the specification of the main requirements of a software project
