Resumen
In the Poultry Production Program, of the School of Animal Sciences of the Superior Polytechnic School of Chimborazo, it was evaluated, the effect of different levels of: Allium sativum var. Pekinense (Garlic) macerated in the drinking water (T1:3,3ml/lt water;T2: 4,4ml/lt water), in broiler chickens ross line 308 compared with a control treatment (T0: balanced commercial). For this work a total of 180 chickens were used, the results were analyzed under a completely randomized design, using a variance analysis (ADEVA), with significance levels of (P≤0,05), with the Tukey statics, for the separation of means. The productive parameters showed significant differences between the treatments. For the final weight variable, the best results were obtained with T1 with values of 3034.73 g. while for the gain of weight the best results were obtained in T1 with an average of 2989.79 g; for the food consumption variable the highest value was obtained in T2 with a consumption of 5368.92 g; while the lowest consumption was in the T0 with 5279.53 g; On the other hand, the best food conversion was presented with T1 with values of 1.79, in terms of mortality, values of 3.33% were obtained for both T1 and T2, finally the highest profitability was obtained in T1 with a value of 1.29 ie for each dollar invested you get a profit of 29 cents.
