Resumen
The objective of the present degree work is to design the feasibility study for the creation of a Thematic Bar-Restaurant in the Riobamba Canton, Province of Chimborazo; the methodology applied is descriptive since none of the variables is manipulated and the results that are presented are in the time and place of study, and field research because through the surveys applied it was possible to collect information regarding to tastes and preferences that consumers expect to receive and thus be able to project the supply, demand, unsatisfied demand and mix of market. The capacity of the company, size, location, address, standard recipes, flowchart of processes, and the requirement of fixed assets was executed in the technical study. The financial evaluation of the entrepreneurship made it possible to determine that the creation of "TRA DI BAR-RESTAURANT" is feasible for which an investment of 35,596.65 is needed; therefore, with a bank loan at 12% interest, an own capital of 5,000 and the programmed revenues would make the credit sustainable. It is concluded that the period of recovery of the investment is from the third year, it is recommended to manage the establishment correctly choosing always suppliers that deliver quality raw material at an affordable price.
