Resumen
The objective of this work was to produce a symbiotic for animal feed from Bacillus subtilis and agroindustrial waste: corn stubble, beer bran, and wheat bran as a substrate. Three formulations were proposed based on different percentages of the most additive residues, with 3 replicates of each formulation. The process consisted of a fermentation in solid state (FES) at a temperature of 37 ° C, with F3 being the best formulation, which was made up of: 30% of beer bran, 40% of wheat bran, 25% of stubble corn, 5% additives, and bacterial inoculum; did not present pathogenic microorganisms after FES. Later, the symbiotic for animal feed (poultry species) was elaborated using: 300 g of beer bran, 400 g of wheat bran, 250 g of corn stubble, 50 g of additives, and 40 mL of bacterial inoculum, and the compact mixture that was placed in a 2 liter plastic airtight container, for 2 days, at 37 ° C in incubator. The field test was carried out on chickens between the sixth and seventh weeks of age (fattening stage), the ration supplied during 15 days was 5.4 kg of the produced symbiotic, establishing diets in a ratio of 97: 3 and 95: 5 of balanced commercial - symbiotic, obtaining a total consumption and no waste, which is a clear indication that the broiler chickens assimilated the food supplement. It is recommended to carry out tests with more species of the genus Bacillus for the formulation of this type of symbiotic.
