Resumen
This present study about “Design of a Digital Marketing Plan for Credit and Savings Account Union of the Small Enterprise belonging to Pastaza Province, Puyo city intends to contribute with the strengthening of the corporative image of this enterprise into the market. We made a market survey to carry out this investigation. We could get a sample of 383 partners who were surveyed to know the acceptance about the use of the digital media. We could identify the partners’ preferences about the media. We also could identify failures of the institution since inappropriate use of digital marketing influences in the corporative image of the enterprise as well as the positioning of it in the market by taking into account the advantages that digital media has nowadays. The present proposal aims to get an orderly planning of each activity in order to get new markets. Therefore, the strategies will strengthen the corporative image in the digital area, which will be a support in the different activities this institution has. It is recommended to implement the Digital Marketing Plan to satisfy the necessities and requirements of the enterprise.
