Resumen
The aim of this study was to test the biological effects of ultraviolet radiation produced by UV lamps in mice (Muss Musculus), therefore the irradiation of 36 experimental biomodels is performed, divided into 4 groups (A, B, C, BLANCO), which will be exposed to different radiation indices through the use of UV lamps, group A index 10, B index 7, C index 5 and the BLANCO group will serve as a control group which will not be applied any type of radiation. The process of experimentation will last three stages, first stage, 15 days, second stage 30 days, and third stage 60 days. At the end of the first stage, 3 biomodels of each group are sacrificed in order to see if a histopathological examination shows skin alterations, and a blood biometry to be able to determine the alterations in the blood, in which the histopathological examination does not show any alteration in the skin, but the results in the blood show variations in the amount of red and white cells, In the same way it is proceeded to the completion of the second and third stage, and it is demontrated that the biomodels have alterations in the epithelial tissue especially in the most exposed areas which are the ear and the tail, observed the presence of PMN, Edema, Scar tissue area, Fibrosis, and alterations in the amounts of red and white blood cells too. It is therefore concluded that exposure of biomodels to UV lamps tend to produce adverse effects on blood and skin, especially in exposed areas and not in areas with fur. It is also recommended that the same study be carried out on a different biomodel, as in Mole Rats, since they do not have fur, the effects of UV radiation will be appreciated more clearly.
