Resumen
The Community Tourism Marketing for the parish of Sibambe, Alausí canton aims to increase the visits of national and foreign tourists to improve the economy of the parish with the creation of a Digital Marketing Plan. To develop the degree work, interviews were applied to the president and leader of the parish, as well as external and internal surveys of the population of Sibambe. The methodology that was used was a qualitative-quantitative, non-experimental and transversal approach, in addition, an analysis of the current situation was carried out using matrices such as SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats), STRATEGIC SWOT, MEFE and MEFI (Matrix Evaluation of External Factors - Internal). As a result, it was found that in the parish there is no community tourism digital marketing plan that encourages the development of the economy, employment and tourism rates in the country. In the proposal, an action plan was developed consisting of strategies, which have a person responsible, purpose, frequency, scope and budget for their development. It is recommended to apply this plan to increase the influx of tourists in order to get to know the natural and cultural riches that Sibambe offers.
