Resumen
Performance assessment to employees and Company CORMEGABUSS CIA. Ltda. It was developed in order to design a manual functions with approach to labor competencies. In order that within the Company will lead to strengthen the power administrative; techniques used for development of research are: the survey and performance evaluation by scale 180 degrees which is performed by a evaluator, peer and employees, with those data was organized part statistics to continue with the analysis and interpretation of results. In which he emphasized the following findings: the Company has not processes performance appraisal labor, and also not known meters manual functions of their activities, by the survey was determined that workers have high optimism Exchange, progress and aspire reach meters best level of competitiveness implementation of the same. As an important result research work that looks propositional which is the approach of the manual functions with labor competencies. Therefore, it is recommend that the Company apply the same in order to guide administrative staff of the business organization for generated directions success and industrial development depending on profiles technical and profesional as well as the right direction in activities and functions to be performed in each Department, section or work área.
