dc.description.abstract | This titling work aims at the corporate image design to positioning the company Señor de la Justicia candle warehouse, belonging to the city of Riobamba, Chimborazo province by creating a corporate manual which could help to differentiate it from the competition. The market research in this research was carried out using the survey technique which was applied to the citizens of Riobamba, it was also conducted the SWOT analysis to know the current situation of the enterprise. The results of this investigation are the brand Señor de la Justicia candle warehouse is not positioning, respondents agree that the entity has its own corporate image, easily recognizable, who comments also that they offer high-quality goods with affordable prices. It is concluded that the proposed corporate identity manual implemented correctly will obtain the positioning of the brand Señor de la Justicia candle warehouse on the local and national market, in conjunction with the marketing strategies, thus raises its profitability and with a great number of potential clients. It is recommended take into account the results of this research and implements the advertising tools with the newly established brand in the corporate identity manual to obtain positive results. | |
