Resumen
The purpose of this research was the development of a gastronomic guide to promote tourism in the Cevallos Canton Province of Tungurahua; the universe consisted of an economically active population of 349 people. It was shown as a gastronomic problem that there is a minimum level of information on establishments, dishes and services offered to the consumer, so it was decided to promote the gastronomic guide giving more focus and interest in the main restaurants, inn, fifth, with most representative local data such as location, phone number and services provided, revealing more about this little corner cevallense, promoting culinary tourism development in the country. It is recommended to further promote the cuisine of the area, creating several sources of information such as reproduction and distribution of the guide, so as to further promote the interest of the visitors to this beautiful place in the Tungurahua Province. The typical food, tourist attractions of the town and especially the hospitality offered by the people, make the Cevallos Canton a place where you want to go back and share with their loved.
