Resumen
This Present study was focused on the estabkishment of a master plan to ensure efficient customer service to users of the Provincial Health Directorate of Orellana, Francisco de Orellana Canton, Orellana province, with the overall goal of finding streagies to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness in the área of custoner service to customers or service users. As thw Provincial Health Directorate of Orellana a public body, it has a responsability to provide friendly and quality care, with the appropriate and ideal staff. Therefore the goal was to encourage friendly and quality care through an improvement plan to support good customerservice in this setting and therefore provide a better service to the community. Through thes results of the SWOT diagnosis and survery carried out as part of this study, it was determinedthat the execution of the improvement plan for staff traeneng in Custmer Care, Cconflict Resolution and human relations, and with the expectaction that there would be understanding of the importance of improving skills and abilities, would result in the provisión of efficient customer service to service users.
