Resumen
The main purpose of this study was to design a plan for organizational strengthening in the hardware store "SOLUTIONS" in the city of Ambato, Tungurahua, Province, Huachi area to develop its activities with efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness. This study has a qualitative and descriptive approach due to its social nature since its primary measurement mechanism was the perception of the individuals of the target population. Therefore, the numerical data of statistical techniques under the questionnaire instrument were necessary to get information about the actual organizational situation of the company. These findings reported that the company lacks a Training Action Plan of 80%, and 100% for evaluation plan for work performance, and a structural organization chart with functions manual. These factors previously described causing inadequate functioning, leading to a diversity of responsibilities and tasks within the instance. Another aspect identified was the existing internal disinformation that causes an imbalance in the workers. This situation generates low credibility on the part of clients and becomes a threat to the national prestige of the company. To sum up, the company Ferreteria Soluciones lacks an organizational structural organization chart that clearly defines the hierarchical levels and compliance with the lines of authority and responsibility duly documented. The lack of training for the company's staff has been very notorious, which prevents the excellent development of the employee, subtracting his skills and development in the company. The personnel who work in the solutions hardware store have not evaluated functions throughout their working time. With this goes hand in hand, the lack of incentives for workers according to daily work results. Therefore, it is recommended to implement the plan to reorganize the processes of the "SOLUTIONS" hardware store since this will allow future results to be measured and contribute to organizational and staff development by optimizing their actions.
