Resumen
The objective of the present degree work is to design a Strategic Plan that allows improving the commercialization of handicrafts in the Simiatug Samai Integral Development Association, Simiatug parish, Bolívar province. In order that the Association can increase its sales. The research techniques used were: the survey of the members and potential clients, the interview with the president and two members and an observation sheet in the Simiatug Samai Association, which helped to know the current situation of the organization in order to to be able to design the appropriate strategies that allow to improve his current situation. As a result, it was found that it is necessary to implement marketing strategies since currently the Association is not recognized in the market. It was also determined that it is necessary to implement new systems and strategies that allow a better control both for price management, distribution, and marketing of handicrafts. It was concluded that the marketing strategies plan should be implemented, in order to be recognized in the local, national and international markets. It is recommended to apply marketing strategies and use social networks to make the brand of the organization known in order to constantly innovate the elaboration of handicrafts with exclusive designs.
