Resumen
This research project based on the design of a sales plan. For the company SUPER FERRETERO of the city of Riobamba, with the purpose of solving the main problems that the organization has. For the investigation, an external customer survey was conducted to collect necessary information about the degree of positioning of the company. Enterprise. The SWOT matrix is developed to deduce that the company is more inclined to its opportunities than threats with the help of the MEFE matrix, while to verify that the organization is more inclined to its strengths than weaknesses, the MEFI matrix is developed. To identify them are the potencial products and those in which the company should stop investing, the BCG matrix was managed. Internal and external processes of the company are described with the help of a flow chart using the ANSI method. Propitious strategies were raised for the sales plan stories such as creating advertising and adapting a badge for Super Ferretero workers, a better organization thanks to a catalog of products. The sales plan controlled administrators to know the rules of business activities when performing an internal and external analysis. As a recommendation it is necessary to diversify the product line to meet the needs of customers and increase sales
