Diseño de un modelo de gestión, administrativo y financiero para el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial de Columbe, cantón Colta, provincia de Chimborazo

Abstract

The design of an Administrative and Financial Management Model for the Autonomous Decentralized Government (GAD) of the Columbe Parish, canton Colta, Chimborazo province, aims to improve financial administrative processes. A field investigation was conducted through the application of surveys to managers, employees and officials of the public institution, to learn in detail about the instruments of public planning, on administrative processes. Once the results were determined, it was concluded that it was necessary to carry out an administrative and financial management model, since 90% of the respondents said that this working document does not exist, 100% indicated that the model should be created. Administrative Financial Management to improve and optimize work processes; and 100% of the respondents state that the administrative financial management model would help improve the management of the GAD and the community. Therefore, it is recommended that the suggestions of the present study be put into practice by the directors of the parish GAD.
