dc.description.abstract | Descriptive and non-experimental research for the structure of the pre-inversion project of the “Catering Katservice Health” Enterprise for Institutional Service and Gastronomical advice in Latancunga City. A survey to 58 enterprises with an unsatisfied demand and with the opening to catering services was applied. Date were collected by applying a marketing plan and tabulated with Microsoft Excel Program. The results of this feasibility study is presented with a startup capital of 100 thousand dollars, with a projection of five years to obtain a 63% of integral return rate ; which corresponds to the profitability of the investment . The annual break-even point will be 4.068,42 i.e. after the commercialization the number of units, 3.43 by the rest of the units will be profit. It is a basic that enterprises with employees take into account the city does not have an enterprise to offer high-quality food service that meets an unsatisfied demand of 20% with the main objective to care for the clients ´health and wellbeing. | |
