Resumen
The purpose of the analysis was to establish an architecture of a radio station through the Internet, in which several investigations were taken concerning the subject that pose different infrastructures for the implementation of radios over the Internet, the best option was determined for a server that is compatible with the radio console that allows real-time audio transmission with a greater width of band and speeds superior 64 kbps. Analyzing the most used standards that currently exist in the world: the platform called Shoutcast has been taken as a streaming server, which allows up to 3000 users to be online, with a bitrate speed of 112 kbps and a bandwidth of 500GB, This technology also supports the capacity of Auto Dijey 25GB 24 hours, allows transmission on mobile devices such as Android, Iphone, Ipad, Blackberry tablets, Nokia and Windows Phone, for this study has been taken as a reference to all devices that use Android technology. A software called Sam Broadcaster was also used, it is a radio application that allows interlacing the streaming server and the digital console, which connects to the most common transmission servers such as Shoutcast, as well as some web servers such as live365, Icecast (vi and v2) and Steamcast, the encoding formats supported such as ACCPLUS compressed digital audio format, moving image format (MP3), and sound format (WAV). To verify its functionality, an application for android (APP) has been developed, which can be downloaded directly from the server of Google Play Consolé, in the Play Store application, with the name of the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineers of Chimborazo (CIEECH). And for listeners who do not have this technology, they can do it directly from a URL.
