dc.description.abstractThe present investigation is called Business Plan of the Cooperative of artisanal production "Centro de Bordados Cuenca'', province of Azuay 2019-2023. Its purpose is to introduce a new product in the market. To this end, a qualitaive and quantitative methodology was applied through an interview with the president, a survey of the population and partners where the unmet demand for bath covers was determined. What made it possible to identify that the institution does not handle an administrative instrument or guidelines, which causes managers to make bad decisions for the cooperative. The technical, administrative and legal study and the economic financial study that allowed to stablish the viabiliy and profitability were made, through the indicators a Net Present Value (NPV) of $ 26.937,11 was determined; an Intermal Rate of Return (IRR) of 20,79%, an lnvestment Recovery Period (PRI) of 4 years and 2 months, a Cost Benefit Ratio (RBC) of $ 1.26. The investment for the elaboration of the product is the correct one, it allows propitious adjustments for the cooperative, reaching an increase of the income by the sale of the product, applying marketing mix strategies that strengthen the administrative process in the decision making for a better functioning of the institution. It is recommended the execution of the project considering the place, price, product and promotion, being a guide for the improvement in the processes and market niches through administrative, technical and financial management to cover the demand of the product.
