Resumen
This thesis is a llama woolen fabrics Export Plan made by the women of the Palacio Real Community, Calpi, Riobamba, Chimborazo Province, - Ecuador to Madrid-Spain to improve marketing outwards exploiting foreign market returns. A marketing analysis was performed in which the Spanish Punt Design S. L company was chosen to be the negotiations counterpart, this company will do business in FOB (free on board) terms, which means that the group of women will deliver the product in port, the minimum quantity will be at least 300 units in each export and payment can be through a letter of credit or transfer. Regarding the export, the requirements were detailed, documents, certificates and procedures to be followed for the sweaters export, the customs procedures are mentioned, determining that the group of women take the consumption rate because sweaters are for the final consumption in the country of destination, the negotiation terms Incoterms are listed, finally a financial study was carried out which shows the project viability, here the exports costs and export sales are described which determine a positive change in earnings. It is recommended to plan the product expansion, teaching the art to other community members, in order to sell a larger quantity of the product abroad and take advantage of the most profitable prices that the market offers, also technical studies should be conducted to determine the feasibility of exporting other products such as hats, scarves and coats.
