Resumen
The present study deals with the evaluation of Trichoderma isolates spp. on the growth of Alternaria sp. colonies, to select isolates with biocontrol capacity against Alternaria sp. of Alternaria sp. colonies, to select isolates with biocontrol capacity to Alternaria sp. sp., by means of confrontation tests under in vitro conditions. The evaluation of 30 isolates of the genus Trichoderma spp. isolates of the genus Trichoderma and six culture media were evaluated. Alternaria sp. was isolated from pitahaya stalks, which showed symptoms of the disease. A completely randomized design with three was used a completely randomized design with three replicates in the variable antagonistic capacity of Trichoderma spp. and five replicates in the evaluation of the culture media. In the trials, the following variables were evaluated the variables growth, culture media and number of Alternaria sp. conidia; percentage of inhibition and antagonistic of inhibition and antagonistic capacity presented by the isolates of Trichoderma spp. were evaluated. general linear and mixed models were used for the statistical analysis. Based on the results obtained the medium of culture agar plus bean (T1), presented a growth of colony of Alternaria of 3.02cm and of 3.02 cm and number of conidia of 284, evaluated on days 5, 7, 10 and 13, which differed from the rest of the treatments. differed from the rest of the treatments. In the variable antagonistic capacity, the isolates of Trichoderma spp. evaluated on the fifth day of the treatment. spp. evaluated at the fifth day, presented mycoparasitism the isolates T14, T21 and T26 with 100% of colonization of the pathogen. 100% of colonization of the pathogen in vitro; concluding that at least three isolates of Trichoderma spp. Trichoderma spp. have biocontrol capacity on the Alternaria sp. colony. to evaluate the inhibition and parasitism tests in greenhouse and field.
