dc.description.abstract | In the parish of San Luis, Canton Riobamba, Chimborazo Province, performed an evaluation of the productive performance of the Medicago sativa (alfalfa) in response to the application of organic-mineral fertilizer, Grass (Milk) to be compared with the control treatment the same which lasted for 90 days. The research involved a total area of 410 m2 which was composed of 12 plots, whose dimensions were 30 m2, each treatment included 4 repetitions distributed under a Randomized Complete Block Design. Giving as best treatment to use 8 bags/has organic-mineral fertilizer (Grass Milk) thus obtaining a plant height to 15, 30 and 45 days, with 24,75,46,45; and 75.05 cm, respectively, dry matter production 6.45 Tn/ha/FMS/court and the best benefit cost of 1.26; for the bromatological composition of alfalfa posing as a higher content of protein with the T2 (10 bags/ha), with 21.12% and lower content of protein for TO (0 bags/ha) with 20.31%. It is recommended to use the organic-mineral fertilizer in the production of Medicago sativa because they obtained the best results both productive and economic, promoting a sustainable ecological development and thus achieve a high level of ecosystem protection. | |
