dc.description.abstractThe “Design of an Integrated Human Talent management System was carried out for the improvement of administrative management in the Guaranda Savings and Credit Cooperative limited from Guaranda city”. This will help human talent to be able to perform efficiently in their daily tasks, develop their personal and organizational goals. In the cooperative was made a diagnosis through the internal factors as surveys to measure the level of employee satisfaction to determine the existence of problems. To know the current management of Human Talent and to apply a training in job profile diagram for management of occupational risk and Hygiene and Safety, reflecting a didactic sequence that relates to a fundamental organizational – technique in the set of key activities that materialize in the specific objectives of the Human Resources Management system, where the place and development was observed as a starting point for all the key activities in each area with a good design and structure that synthesizes each one of their positions, with the purpose of correcting and implementing an appropriate process when carrying out the activities, which ensures a correct procedure that integrates their employees in an honorable and responsible manner in each of their positions, to take the necessary measures and adequate controls of the reduction of occupational risks and to foster a pleasant working environment in the cooperative.
