dc.description.abstractThis thesis is a proposal for the desing of integrated human talent in the credit union system CHIMBORAZO ltda., Whose goal is the implantation of the Human Departament to improve execution of administrative processes and thus increase the liquidity of the cooperative, we proceeded to the analysis of the Organic of the SUPERINTENDENCE OF POPULAR AND SOLIDARITY ECONOMY, rules of procedure and manual functions of the institution in wich he indentifies the staff has not been properly assigned each job, shoeing an empirical social administration, a low level of economic performance and therefore savings and investments have remained static compared to other financial institutions, reflecting the decline in confidence and credibility of the clients. To improve the above, the board of directors and surveillance come to ask management appropriate to the proper conduct od cooperative measure adopted, a situation that promotes opt for an urgent change of the organizational structure an functionality need to insert a Human Departament for proper excution of processes. With the smooth participation and interest of managers and staff of the institution has managed to insert an appropriate integration of human talent, wich will improve services to its members by providing timely responses and solutions, it is recommended that the coopertative continues strengthening process of ongoing staff to maintain a good climate works, better economic and profits.
