Resumen
The present research work named Marketing Plan for the company Tame Amazonia, subsidiary Tame EP, Shell Parish, Mera Canton, Pastaza Province, year 2017. It was developed with the aim of providing the entity with a document in which a Marketing Plan is formulated in a correct, organized and efficient manner for an effective application. To develop this research, techniques to collect data such as interview with the manager of the airline, surveys to the customers of the company and surveys to the population of the Shell parish that include internal customers and potential customers. Throughout the information collected the SWOT matrix was made. This matrix helped to recognize the strengths and weaknesses that the entity had, within the strengths, it was discovered that the internal client is comfortable with the company, for that reason, customers know the mission, vision, principles and values they follow. The weaknesses were the lack of a marketing plan, lack of publicity and inadequate customer service. That is why the proposal of this research offers the elaboration of strategies with its respective plan of action and budget. It is recommended to apply this model so that the aeronautical company continues growing and becoming known in the market, improving customer loyalty and providing the best service.
