Resumen
The objective of the present investigation is the elaboration of digital strategies through digital marketing to improve its commercialization. A market study was made to determine how to integrate to customers to the enterprise by means of the technology to keep a direct communication with these by reaching on this form, outcomes of commercial improvement and customer tracking, meanwhile the additional statistics like evaluation of the strategies of processes that will be developed. The implementing of the digital marketing strategies trough TIC’s by using tools that allow interacting both the customer with the network with a big easiness in the sites that they surf frequently. According to the technological generation in which the selected group is. The enterprise at the moment to use traditional means of digital marketing does not have a direct communication whit the customer that is why it must establish strategies that help to improve the relation customer-enterprise. It is recommended to establish execution programs for the enterprise enters to the competition through technological means and could reach a big amount of people by saving time and money.
