Plan de mejoramiento de la calidad del ambiente laboral en los talleres del GAD de la provincia de Chimborazo.

Abstract

This research named Word Environment Improvement Plan at the GAD garages from Chimborazo province is intended to make a diagnosis of the work environment around the GAD garages from Chimborazo province to determine worker work performance as well as from these results to prepare the plan guidelines for the work environment improvement. The research tools and techniques used to carry out this study account for the survey and interview applied at the GAD garages from Chimborazo province in order to make a diagnosis of the work environment real situation in regarding the work environment features like the harmonious relationships and productivity there, since it is well known that the work dynamics success lay on the harmonious work environment where human resource needs are well attended wich is further translated into productivity. Regular meetings were developed throughout the research process where the workers from the GAD garages from Chimbrazo province were given training not only on work practices but also on human relationships issues which contributed to develop a collaborative work environment and thus, better worker relationships. The study results showed that the best worker work performance and productivity is in a close relation with the collaborative work environment, that is, it becomes beneficial for work performance and also for strengthening of worker relationships. Therefore, we can conclude that collaborative work environment is the core of the best work relationship development and the institutional improvement and from these considerations the Plan for the Work Environment Improvement at the GAD garages from Chimborazo province of our study proposal was plotted to design the proper strategies looking for higher levels of the human resources satisfaction.
