Resumen
The present venture proposes the feasibility study for the creation of a confectionery in the Machala canton of El Oro province, the type of methodology that was used was descriptive and field in addition to bibliographic research since it refers to existing theories. Different works were carried out, among which we have the market study that selected the projection methods for five years resulting in unsatisfied demand, also chose the market mix, in the technical study the capacity of the plant was determined and the macro-localization and microlocation, all this was executed based on the sample of 138 people obtained from the total population of the canton. Subsequently, the menu menu and the floor plan were prepared taking into account all the areas that a locality should have. Through the analysis of the investment, different types of production costs and experimentation expenses were structured. The environmental study analyzed the environmental impact, setting mitigation measures that result in a reduction of the impact. The legal administrative study prepared the organization chart of the company and the respective profiles of each worker with their salaries and benefits of law. It ends with the financial economic study obtaining a NPV 14,010.65, IRR 20%, RBC 0.05, PRI 4 years 2 months 11 days and a PE 11,447.02. The different studies for the viability of the enterprise are concluded, the same one that appears in each stage of the development, highlighting that the products to offer will have a different aspect to those that are accustomed both in their elaboration process and in the finishing of the packaging. It is recommended to keep the promotions and discounts that were formulated in the surveys for current clients and for the attraction of future clients.
