Resumen
The Human Talent Management involves recruitment, selection, training and evaluation processes of the personnel working at an Enterprise. This guarantees the quality, efficiency and growth of the organizations and enterprises. The objective of the investigation was Developing a Human Talent Management for the Restaurant RayuelaResto-Bar of Riobamba city. The investigation was targeted in the guidelines of the descriptive cross-sectioned method. The questionnaires were targeted to 100% employes working at the Restaurant, after tabulation, analysis and interpretation of results. The need to implement a human talent management manual for the employees and the employer of the establishment was determined. The human talent management manual is focused on the continuous recruitment, selection and training of the employees as well as the processes that the workers must follow to carry out the different tasks of the Enterprise. The methods to be accomplished within the Enterprise will help and improve the each of the work posts in such a way that all the personnel in its different áreas will be trained either in cooking or service, innovating and optimizing the above processes to have an excellent work environment, give incentives to develop the abilities of the employees and obtain positive results as related to restaurant-client relationship.
