Resumen
The construction of a 3d scanner that allowed to characterize the shape of the foot to make orthopedic insoles, improving the quality of life of people, through the correction of postural problems that affect the productive activity of work, focused on flexible flat foot pathology as a specific case of study; the process of digitization, design and modeling of the template has been executed based on the foot scan, using the Kinect 2.0 Xbox One, in the subsequent digitization of the image the Kscan 3d program has been used, the noise correction generated has been executed in the Mesh mixer program, subsequently the Geomagic design program was used to extract the surface of the plantar support, proceeding with the design and redesign of the template using the SolidWorks program, ending with the printing of the prototype designed, using the Ultimaker Cura program. According to the Rula evaluation method it has been determined: the correction of the postural deviation in 1 degree of postural correction, in addition the product has been validated through the study of the index of the plantar arch, according to the anthropometric measures for the Ecuadorian women of legal age , based on the medical and engineering points of view; The template prototype has been printed in PLA, in order to establish a production line of personalized templates based on the presented pathology. At the end of the investigation it is important to consider the study of future research regarding the materials that should be used to make the template a product suitable for marketing, in addition to emphasizing the different applications that can be carried out using the equipment scanning, becoming a research and development initiative, generating new jobs as a work of entrepreneurship.
