Proyecto de exportación de calzado casual de cuero para mujer de la Asociación de Maestros Zapateros de Chimborazo ¨Asomazch¨ hacia el mercado de Guatemala ciudad Nueva Guatemala de la Asunción en busca de ampliar el mercado

Abstract

Export Project of leather casual shoes for women from the Association of Teachers Shoemakers Chimborazo "ASOMAZCH" to Guatemala, in order to expand the market by promoting the recognition of products manufactured in Ecuador. The country of destination has been chosen because of the commercial importance that Guatemala has. Market research was used as a method for developing research; it serves to know the prospects of this product in the country; through this method the main used tools were the formula of the Apparent Domestic Consumption to determine demand, while the supply was found according to the monthly production made within the Association. After obtaining the results, they have been analyzed by a financial evaluation, where assessment indexes have yielded positive results. That being the investment that this project requires approximately $ 97.000.00; the same may be recovered in a time of three years and two months; these results together with various indices shows that the project is financially feasible and viable its implementation. It is therefore recommended; implement the project so that it provides economic and social benefits to the organization, as well as conduct business locally strategies which could lead to an increased in domestic production of ASOMAZCH.
