Resumen
Papelera Nacional SA is a company dedicated to the production and marketing of Kraft paper and finished cardboard products being this a new product with a beginning on the market since 2010 aimed at three market segments (Bananas, domestic consumption and flowers). The Logistics Department of the Cardboard Division is the center of attention of The General Management and shareholders, because that is where it is considered that the use of human resources, material and financial are not optimal; and it is clear from the instability of four administrations which have been changed. The design of this Management model of Logistic Integral contains analysis of the current situation, setting goals, developing strategies, reports and indicators that will be of great contribution to the company Papelera Nacional SA because it will contribute to the optimization of all operations; and also identify areas that are collaborative, for the Department of Logistics and defined that their disorganization significantly affect the achievement of the logistical and organizational objectives. At the end, through monitoring, measurement and control it is achieved optimization in transportation where currently a cargo truck leaves the plant with a load capacity of 2.5 times more than in 2012 this means that with the same number of trucks are dispatching the double. In 2013, transport optimization, represents a saving of $ 257,372.28 at the end of a budget of $ 47 / MT of a goal of $ 50 / MT; and in 2014 savings by optimizing transport grows $ $ 725,436.62 at the end of a budget of $ 36 / MT of a goal of $ 40 / MT, considering the reduction of the budget in 2014 of $ 7 / MT.
